A N D . . . Please bring SHOES of all types and sizes that are in good condition (or new) for SOLES 4 SOULS to the festival or anytime. This is our mission project relating to the Children’s Christmas Pageant this year. There is a separate collection box for the shoes.

Spiritual Checkpoint

The third Sunday of each month at the conclusion of the 11:00 worship service, the Pastor invites everyone interested in asking spiritual, biblical, and/or church-related questions to spend a few mintues with him in a casual, informal, non-threatening environment of fellowship.

Collecting Coats for Central Virginia

We will be collecting coats through Sun. Nov 16th for the Puritan Cleaners "Coats for Kids" drive. Coats of all sizes will be accepted (men's, women's, and children's). There are collection containers in the breezeway and Fellowship hallway. Puritan will clean the coats and provide them to Central Virginia's families in need. If you or your child are in need of a winter coat, please call the church office.

We will be collecting SHOES of all types and sizes that are in Good Condition for the SOLES 4 SOULS mission project that is related to the Children's Christmas Pageant this year.  Bring shoes to the Family Fall Festival on Oct 26th (or anytime to the church) and fill our collection containers!

Soles4Souls is a global not-for-profit institution dedicated to fighting the devastating impact and perpetuation of poverty.  The organization advances its anti-poverty mission by collecting new and used shoes, then distributing those shoes both via direct donations to people in need and by provisioning qualified micro-enterprise programs designed to create jobs in poor and disadvantaged communities. Through the collection and sale of used (and new) shoes, Soles4Souls helps create self-sustaining jobs that generate desperately needed revenues throughout those communities.

Operation Christmas Child

We will be accepting shoebox gifts through Sun. Nov 16! Empty boxes are stockpiled in the breezeway, and each box contains a list of suggested items as well as packing instructions. So pick up a shoebox and be a part of changing lives through the power of a simple gift!
