Pilates
We offer affordable Pilates classes three times a week to encourage
fellowship and physical health to compliment spiritual growth at Hunton Baptist
Church. Join this group of energetic ladies as they work out each
week. Come to one or all three opportunities!
The first 20 minutes of this workout consists of cardiovascular aerobics,
followed by 40 minutes of traditional Pilates.
Weekly Schedule:
- Tuesdays at 7:00 p.m.
- Thursdays at 9:00 a.m.
- Saturdays at 9:00 a.m.

Instructor...
Kris Novak
Kris has been in the fitness and health career fields for over 20 years. She is an ACE certified (American Council on Exercise) personal trainer and group fitness instructor. Kris previously owned a women’s fitness facility in Richmond where she specialized in women’s health and well-being. Originally from Maryland, Kris has called Richmond her home since 1995. Her hobbies include mountain biking, hiking, rafting, and volunteering for several organization.
